| この救急病院では２４時間応対可能な加虐病棟と言われる特殊患者専用の病棟が存在する。 加虐病棟の医師、看護師は全員サディストであり、患者を人間扱いせず、患者に精神的苦痛と肉体的苦痛を与える事により治療をする唯一の病棟である。そのため全国からマゾの患者が２４時間ひっきりなしに訪れ、医師と看護師は日々その対応に追われている。今日もこの病棟の忙しい１日が始まろうとしていた。 In this emergency hospital, there is a special ward for special patients, known as the “Sadistic Ward,” which is available 24 hours a day.
